Hi, I am Maya :)

I am a fine art photographer currently located in Northern Indiana. My specialty is in capturing creative images of newborns and babies up to a year old. My interest in the field began ten years ago my senior year in high school. I started photographing professionally six years ago and found my love for cultivating familial heirlooms of tiny people. I studied at the Academy of Art University and worked for Lifetouch before starting my own business.

I am a wife and mother of three wonderful little nuggets. My family is my biggest motivation to create and push through every road block. Both of my daughters are my best models yet, and my son is a handsome poser. My five year old loves both taking photos and smiling for mom while I try out new techniques.

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and found myself traveling down south closer to where I was born for a few years. We have recently relocated permanently back to Indiana to be with family and build our foundation here. Being a sagittarius I tend to travel around a lot. I never know where I may end up next but one thing is for sure, my camera is sure to follow!
